Return Policy

At Vitalsmyle, we aim to ensure our customers are fully satisfied with their purchases. Please review the details of our return policy to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and refunds.


Refunds & Returns for Defective or Damaged Items

Please note that we generally only offer full refunds and returns for defective or damaged items.


Style, Size, and Photo Changes

Once your order is placed, you agree and understand that it is a custom product that immediately goes into production, and there is no opportunity to make further changes.


Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email at info@vitalsmyle.com with your order number, the current shipping address, and the new address. We can change the address as long as your order has not yet left our facility.


Damaged/Misprinted Items

If your product arrives defective, we will reprint the item and resend it at no additional charge. Please contact us at info@vitalsmyle.com with a picture of the defective item and your order number. We will reprint and ship the item to you within seven business days.

Damaged or misprinted items can only be replaced within 30 days from your original order date. After this 30-day period, Vitalsmyle is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

Please note that the design, size, color, and image you upload will be printed as provided. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, Vitalsmyle is not responsible for replacing these items.


Product Image Disclaimer

We make every effort to accurately photograph and describe our products; however, we cannot guarantee that every photograph will perfectly represent the actual color of the merchandise due to screen resolution differences. If you have any questions regarding the color, material, or size of an item, please contact us before purchasing.


Lost Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit, we are happy to replace it and ensure that your order reaches you. If you prefer not to have the package replaced, we must wait 14 days before processing a refund, as the package may still be delivered. Our Customer Service Team will track the order throughout this time and provide you with updates.


Cancellations/Returns

If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 1 hour of placing the order due to our 1-day production turnaround. If canceled within this window, you will receive a full refund.

Please note that your personalized products are one-of-a-kind and custom-made. A $9 customization fee per item is included in your purchase. If you cancel your order more than 3 hours after placing it, we will refund the full amount, minus the $9 customization fee.

Shipping Fees

Please note that Vitalsmyle does not cover any shipping fees for returns. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning items.
