Do you ship worldwide & how much does shipping cost?

Yes – we ship worldwide! We offer customers free USA and International Shipping with tracking. There is NO shipping cost and NO sales tax. Hurray!


Shipping Process

Once you place your order, we begin processing it immediately, so we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed. You will only be charged for the items that are shipped, along with any applicable shipping and tax rates.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email.

Please note, we only ship during business days and do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Our fulfillment process typically takes between 1-5 working days. However, some items may take longer, especially around major holidays (up to 10 days) or if your order includes popular items experiencing stock availability issues. Orders are shipped as soon as stock availability is confirmed.

For orders containing multiple items, products may be shipped separately and received on different dates due to differences in our manufacturing partners' locations.


Deliveries

Once your order is shipped, estimated delivery times vary depending on your country or region. While we strive to provide accurate delivery estimates, specific dates are not guaranteed.

Below are estimated delivery times by region:

Duties, Taxes, and Other Fees

Wrong Address/Unsuccessful Attempts Disclaimer

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct before placing an order. We begin processing orders immediately, so most of the time, we are unable to make changes after an order has been placed. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses resulting in failed deliveries. In such cases, buyers must reorder the product and assume full responsibility for the error.

Additionally, we are not responsible if a customer fails to accept or retrieve their order due to a no-answer or unsuccessful delivery attempt, as documented by the courier company. Buyers must reorder the product and ensure they are available to receive it.
